USB TO LAN ADAPTER

The USB to LAN adapter allows ECU software to be transferred into the vehicle at 300 Mbit/s (while transmission via OBD is limited to 100 Mbit/s). For the time being, the USB to LAN adapter can only be used to program the head unit of vehicle models such as the BR214 and BR236. Also, for the time being, data transfer via USB to LAN adapter only works if the USB to LAN adapter and the Retail Data Storage are located in the same subnet (Class-C subnet). The scope of delivery includes a USB to LAN adapter and a 10 meter LAN cable of the Cat5e standard (1 Gbit/s and 100 MHz). Mercedes-Benz only provides customer support for this USB to LAN adapter purchased from Mercedes-Benz.
